Marco Paolelli and Sandro Meneghello, in addition to product designers, are strategic consultants for industrial products. They founded the Meneghello Paolelli Associati in Milan in 2007. Since then, the studio has grown and now has a team of partners in addition to the founders, as well as a number of project development and communication partners.
The studio has received many international accolades, including 12 Red Dot Design Awards including 1 "Best of the Best", 7 Design Plus, 3 Good Design Award, 3 iF Design Award, 5 ADI Design Index, 4 special references to German Design Award and 5 references to the Young & Design award.
With Luceplan, the studio designed for the first time in 2021 a real collection of outdoor (Nui) luminaires with 4 different variants, ranging from wall and floor models, as well as a rechargeable in & out lamp (Nui Mini), which reflects the issue of portability in an unprecedented and highly sophisticated way.
