Shipping Insurance & Claims Procedure
  • Shipping Insurance Coverage
    All shipments of products are covered by basic “all risks” insurance until delivery to the customer. This means the insurer may cover damage or loss during transport under the terms of the insurance policy.

  • Risk of Transport
    Despite insurance coverage, the risk of damage, loss, or delay passes to the recipient once the goods have been handed over to the carrier for shipment.

  • Damage Documentation / Claim Process
    If goods show damage upon delivery, the recipient must:
    a) Receive with reservation and note it on the delivery receipt.
    b) Take photos of the damage including packaging.
    c) Notify the company within 72 hours of delivery (email with photographs) so we can file a timely claim with the insurer and/or carrier.
    Claims filed after this period may be rejected by the insurer.

  • Full Insurance Coverage
    If you wish for coverage of the full order value beyond basic insurance, you may request a full insurance package prior to shipping. Charges for this will be agreed upon following communication with the company.

  • Assistance with Claims
    Your cooperation is necessary for successful claims against carriers or insurers. Do not contact the courier or insurer directly — we will act on your behalf.
