Explanation of Delivery Time Indications
A) In Stock: Products are in our warehouse and can be dispatched within 1–3 days.
B) 1–3 days: Products are available in the manufacturer’s warehouse.
C) 7–15 days: Products are available in the manufacturer’s warehouse.
D) 10–20 days: Products are available in the manufacturer’s warehouse.
E) 2–4 weeks: Temporarily out of stock, expected from production.
F) 3–5 weeks: Temporarily out of stock, expected from production.
G) Over 5 weeks: Products are manufactured exclusively upon order (made-to-order).
H) Limited Availability: Limited stock in our warehouse or availability subject to confirmation from suppliers.

All delivery times are indicative and refer to the date the goods are collected by the courier or freight carrier, not the final delivery date.

Shipping Method

• Standard courier services are used for shipments up to 30kg (actual or volumetric weight).

• For heavy, bulky or oversized items, road freight carriers are used.

• Door-to-Point: Small towns, villages, islands or remote areas

If Door-to-Door delivery is requested in remote or difficult areas, additional charges may apply.
