Product Warranty

1. Statutory Warranty of Conformity (minimum 2 years)
   In accordance with applicable European Union and Greek law, products sold through the online store www.e-lucehabitat.gr are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity of at least two (2) years from the date of delivery to the consumer.

During this period, in case of defect or lack of conformity, the customer is entitled, without additional cost:

• repair,

• replacement, or

• another appropriate remedy (e.g. partial refund), as permitted by law.

These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer.

1. Commercial Warranty (optional/additional)
   Some products may include a commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer or third party, offering additional coverage (e.g. extended duration). In such cases:

• the commercial warranty is governed by its own terms,

• it does not replace or reduce statutory warranty rights.

When a product is covered by a commercial warranty, the relevant terms and claim procedures shall be clearly presented in the product description.

1. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
   The warranty (statutory or commercial) does not cover:

• normal wear and tear and consumable parts,

• defects caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or alterations,

• defects due to external factors (e.g. electrical fluctuations, natural disasters, accidents),

• products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

1. Warranty Claims Procedure
   To submit a warranty claim:

• Contact us promptly with photos and description of the issue.

• Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

• The product may need to be returned for inspection.

The company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy (repair/replacement/other) consistent with statutory obligations.

1. Disclaimer Outside Warranty
   Outside the scope of warranty coverage, the company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from product use.
