The Hono Horizontal S by Luceplan, designed by Mandalaki Studio, is the horizontal suspension version of the Hono lighting collection, maintaining the same balance of lightness, elegance and architectural clarity that defines the entire series.

Named after the Japanese word for “flame,” Hono evokes the warm atmosphere of a lantern. In this horizontal configuration, the design becomes a refined linear element that works beautifully above dining tables, kitchen islands or large work surfaces.

The lamp features a slender cylindrical diffuser measuring 108 cm in length and 50 mm in diameter, supported by a minimal metal structure made of aluminum and steel with a black finish. The diffuser is crafted from 100% cotton paper, a refined material with a fabric-like texture that gently filters and softens the light.

Inside the diffuser, an integrated LED light source of 50W, with a warm 2700K color temperature and CRI 90, provides an even and comfortable illumination across the entire length of the lamp.

The Hono Horizontal S is available with two dimming options:

• Phase Cut dimming, suitable for residential lighting installations.

• DALI dimming, ideal for professional or architectural lighting systems requiring advanced control.
