Orders & Purchases

1) When is an order considered completed?

An order is considered completed only after it has been confirmed by LuceHabitat. The submission of an order by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase and not an automatic acceptance.

2) Can I modify or cancel my order?

Provided that the order has not been forwarded for processing or production, you may contact us immediately.
For made-to-order or custom products, cancellation may not be possible.

Payments

1) What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are displayed in the relevant section of the website and during the checkout process.
LuceHabitat does not store credit card details.

2) Can I pay in interest-free installments?

Yes, the option of up to twelve (12) interest-free installments is available.

Delivery & Availability

1) What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on:

  • product availability,

  • whether the product is made to order,

  • the manufacturer.

In many cases, delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.

2) What does “made-to-order product” mean?

It means that the product:

  • is not kept in stock,

  • is specially ordered for you from the manufacturer,

  • may be produced specifically for your order.

These products may be subject to different return terms.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1) Can I return a product?

The right of return applies in accordance with the Returns Policy.
For custom-made or made-to-order products, the right of withdrawal may not apply, in accordance with applicable legislation.

2) What if I simply don’t want the product?

For products that have been specially ordered for you and cannot be easily resold, returns may not be possible.
We recommend contacting us before completing your order for any clarification.

Warranty & Technical Issues

1) Are the products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with applicable legislation.

2) What should I do if an issue occurs?

In case of a technical issue:

  • describe the problem,

  • attach photos if requested.

The process is handled in accordance with the Warranty Policy.

1) Are discounted products eligible for return?

Discounted products may be subject to special terms, which are always stated on the product page.

Yes. Offers may apply to limited quantities or for a limited period of time.
